Rachel Estapa
Rachel Estapa, founder and CEO of More to Love, is passionate about empowering people to love and appreciate their bodies. Her own path to body acceptance began many years ago. After yo-yo dieting throughout her teenage years and into adulthood, Rachel took stock of her life and realized she wasn’t happy. Even when she reached her “goal weight,” she felt something was missing. That’s when she decided she would stop trying to change her body and instead she would focus on loving the body she has.
This was no small feat. It meant challenging standard ideas of beauty, health, and happiness. It meant shifting her focus from what she didn’t have to what she did have. Through this process, Rachel discovered how marvelous her body truly is and gradually learned that there is more to love about herself beyond her appearance.
As part of this process, Rachel challenged herself to try yoga – something she always thought was not made for her body type – and was amazed to find that, when she gives her body the support and respect it deserves, yoga is an incredible tool in teaching her how strong and capable her body truly is.
Rachel is a certified 200 hour Kripalu Yoga instructor and professionally certified transformational life coach, equipped with over 1,000 professional training hours in the necessary tools to share what she has learned and empower others to love, accept, and care for their bodies and their entire selves. Rachel was named Grand Prize winner of Mastercard and Bank of America’s Grow Your Biz Contest, and has been profiled in numerous outlets, including The Boston Globe, USA Today, Huffington Post and many more. She is a sought after teacher and speaker in the field of plus size wellness and is excited to support More to Love’s robust and growing community. She is born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts and lives with her husband.

“More to Love yoga has convinced me I am a yogi. It is the first yoga practice I have stuck with. I’m so thankful to have More To Love Yoga in my community.”
…words from More to Love Yoga members
“I love Rachel’s class because it reminds me to listen to my body and do what feels good to me, which is what yoga is supposed to be about. Some other classes seem to lose sight of that self-nurturing component in favor of what seems like a competitive atmosphere, but here there’s no judgment and I feel 100% comfortable to push myself as far as my body will let me.”

“I keep coming back to More to Love Yoga because it fills a gap in the community. I love the idea of a yoga class which encourages you to bring your best and listen to your body. I’ve strengthened my muscles, my self-confidence, my relationships, and (most importantly) my spirit. If you’ve ever felt like you wouldn’t belong in a yoga class, try MTL Yoga- you’ll prove that notion wrong.”
