The Grounded Series is an 8-week guided program designed to help you reconnect with yourself through movement, reflection, rhythm, and supportive community. Together, we’ll practice grounding not as perfection or performance — but as a way of returning to your body, your needs, your truth, and your life.

6 Group Circle Gatherings
Supportive small-group sessions focused on discussion, reflection, embodied practices, mindfulness, and community connection. These gatherings are designed to help participants integrate the themes of the series, reconnect with themselves, and feel supported alongside others in a more personal setting.

The Grounded Series is designed for people seeking greater connection, consistency, support, and steadiness in their lives. No previous yoga experience is required, and all bodies, abilities, and experience levels are welcome.

The Small Group Circles are supportive gatherings designed to complement the yoga practices through conversation, reflection, embodied exercises, mindfulness practices, and community connection. These sessions offer space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, process themes from the series, and feel supported alongside others in a more personal setting.

Because this is a small-group, cumulative experience, participants are encouraged to attend as consistently as possible. While occasional absences are understandable, no refunds, credits, transfers, or make-up sessions are offered for missed classes or gatherings.

Each participant receives one private Grounding Session with Rae during the program. These sessions are personalized and may include yoga, mindfulness, reflection, wellness support, or discussion tailored to your individual needs and goals.

Because The Grounded Series is a bundled small-group experience with intentionally limited enrollment, previous class packs, discounts, promo codes, or unused class credits cannot be applied toward the program unless specifically noted.
