Get out of your head and into your body
Private, one-on-one sessions designed to help you feel better, release what’s not working, and move forward in a way that actually fits your life.
Welcome to The Space
Located at 60 Massachusetts Ave in Arlington MA, this is a calm, focused environment for one-on-one work designed to help you feel better in your body and move through life with more clarity, and support.
This work may be for you if…
You feel stuck in your head and disconnected from your body
You’re carrying stress, tension, or overwhelm and don’t know how to shift it
You value caring for your body and want the best tools, guidance & support
You want a more personal, real approach guided by someone who understands
We Begin with a Grounding Session
Grounding Sessions are a direct way to work with Rae—designed to help you feel better in your body and move through life with more clarity, steadiness, and support.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, tense, disconnected, or stuck in your head, this work meets you where you are. Instead of pushing through or trying to “fix” yourself, we focus on what your body is actually experiencing—and how to respond in a way that helps.
Using gentle movement, breath, and guided awareness, these sessions help your system settle, your body release what it’s holding, and your mind begin to quiet.
This is more than a moment of relief. It’s a way of understanding your body and learning how to work with it—so you can move forward in a way that actually fits your life.
Start with a Grounding Session. Choose the depth that feels right for you:
