Why I do this work
I know what it feels like to be in a body that doesn’t feel okay—and to want a way through that doesn’t require becoming someone else first.
That lived truth is part of what shapes More to Love Yoga. My work is not about forcing, fixing, or shrinking yourself into wellness. It is about learning to understand what your body is communicating, creating support that actually fits, and building change from the inside out.

I’m the founder of More to Love Yoga, and for more than a decade I’ve helped people build a kinder, more effective relationship with their bodies. My work is shaped by long-term teaching, somatics, mindfulness, body acceptance, and lived experience moving through wellness spaces in a larger body.
