You feel stuck in your head and disconnected from your body
You’re ready to feel relief and trust as you move forward
You care about your body and want expert tools, guidance & support
Let’s Work Together
Because this work is personal and intentionally supportive, sessions begin with a simple contact form rather than immediate booking. After you reach out, Rae will personally follow up to learn more about what you’re seeking, answer any questions, and help determine the best next step together.Signature Session
Grounding Sessions are a direct way to work with Rae. They are designed to “let your soul catch up to your body” - an old Irish saying.
These sessions are a momentary pause from the chaos of life.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, tense, disconnected, or stuck in your head, this work meets you where you are.
Using gentle movement, breath, and guided awareness, these sessions help your system settle, your body release what it’s holding, and your mind begin to quiet.
Instead of pushing through or trying to “fix” yourself, we focus on what your body is actually experiencing—and how to respond in a way that helps. From there, we can design a flow to meet your wellness needs & process your unique experiences.
Specialities include:
Yoga and movement for diverse bodies, ages & ability
Body-image & somatic awareness
Mindfulness & Meditation
Managing Chronic Illness (migraines, pain, endocrine disorders, ect)
Positive Psychology & Humanistic approach
Business/Leadership Development & Consulting
